Run by Jeremy, Philip and Peter Snr. Finsbury Park produces international award winning sausages for the Highbury shop and some of London's top hotels and restaurants. |

The unit also houses our beef maturation facilites where our meat is hung for up to 28 days on the bone to produce one of the finest eating experiences to be had in London. Finsbury Park is accredited by the National Association of Catering Butchers. |
Meat sourced from selected farms and suppliers from fine pastures around England and Scotland. Other meats are expertly butchered on site to customer specifications by a well trained dedicated workforce of master butchers. |
